Can anyone some post pictures of it?
Plus I need to know how much fabric is needed to make one. Thanks.

Re: Afghani shalwars
I'll dig out some pics when I get home Sajal, but I do know that they use quite a lot of fabric.
Although these days most people wear normal style shalwars too. They're more practical.
Re: Afghani shalwars
I believe its 3.5 yards.
Re: Afghani shalwars
Sorry girls
It's actually patayala shalwar.
I wanna have one made but my lady tailor needs a sample since
she hasn't made one so far. I am soooo disappointed. I wanted to
wear it this saturday for a party. :(

Thanks CB
yes that's it but with a lot less ghera to it.
These are way too baggy. I guess they come in different styles.
Where did u get these from?
Re: Afghani shalwars
I actually didn't like these before but after seeing Saba Hameed in ups and
downs yesterday I kinda started to like em and wanted to make one.
Ps: the first two pics have different shalwars then the
third one and it's that one that I want.

Re: Afghani shalwars
Most women I've come across still wear baggy Shalwar's like that but they don't look nice with kurtis.
