1- The Ulema-e-Haq should be speaking out for the Muslims, lately there none except for few.. (the few either end up getting shot or put in jail)
You want them to speak for Muslims, and then yourself declare a "fatwa" on them by saying lately there are none.
Who gave YOU the right to declare who speaks for Muslims?
As I said above, no sect among Muslims supports the mufsideen like you. So all the "Ulema-e-Haq" do speak for Muslims, but people like you speak for the enemies of Islam like Taliban kharijis.
