ISI is responsible for EVERY single problem in India whereas RAW is probably a charity organisation carrying out relief work in Afghanistan???
The reason why this thread was created is because Afghan minister has confirmed what Pakistan has been saying for years but you still think we are just blaming???

Bombs were going off in Pakistan on daily basis and you really believe that government was busy planning attacks on India?????
