Grown up or not it is a typical kid's reaction to blame everything that is going bad on somebody else...
Hope you understand...
India should not do anything to destabilise Pakistan at this point in time.
A stable Pakistan is in India's interests. India does not want somebody like Osama to be in power in Pakistan though it looks like it is just a matter of time before Taliban takes over.
