The boy in the first pic and the girl in the third pic make me want to cry. Kid in 8th pic looks just like my little cousin..

Do they not have any trustworthy charities or anything working to help them (education, helthcare, ngo's against child-labour etc.) in Pak that we can donate to??

There are some NGOs, mostly funded by USA, Norway and Switzerland. May be some pakistani NGOs as well. But these refugees are too many in number. So first of all, not all of them are recieving help, second, watever some of them are recieving is not sufficient at all.
