oh wow…that should be some interesting feat if the lawyer succeeds considering the statements the son has put forth…
e.g. that he saw the car fall into the canal and ran over and dropped a rope into there but realized that he couldn’t help them so he left the scene
and particularly considering the fact that the broken left tail light on the car from the canal matches up with the broken headlamp on the Lexus SUV that the son was driving…and that the broken pieces of the headlamp were found near the spot where the Nissan went into the canal.
