i spent 3 weeks trying to place an order with them. hopeless. never would respond to me, couldnt confirm sizes, couldnt answer questions. i gave up and ordered elsewhere.

I bought 2 sarees from them and they turned out really beautiful. If you have purchased items from them previously they give you a 10% discount towards your next purchase. I attempted to use that discount on a saree that was already on sale but they wouldn't let me apply it. I asked them what is the benefit of being a repeat customer if I couldn't apply the discount on everything- their only reply was that their computer programming did not allow for further discounts. That sounds to me like they should get a new program.
On the flip side Utsavsarees.com offers a 100% price match so if you find the same saree for a cheaper price on another site they will guarantee the same price and Utsav has better customer service.

the stuff on those sites looks beautiful, but my mother and i use http://www.twenga.com/ they dont have repeat customer deals like that but we have never had a problem ordering from there, the good thing is it has a comparison of all different shope so you can be sure youre getting the best price, i actually got my saree for my brother’s wedding from this site, its so beautiful. i must try to find a picture to show you…
