hey guppies my younger sister has studied in uk and done her degree in bachaloers in business studies till semester 4 from london but due to some personal issues couldnt complete her degree and now wants to re-apply to finish her last 2 semesters from a college based in london could you guys please advise me on this issue and suggest some places as i dont have any idea..thanks

Can't she go back to the place where she started her studies?
She could tell them about the personal circumstances and see what they say.
they have said that she left after semester4 and wants to start with semester5 which is not their policy god knows why colleges get so money minded she even paid the full fee in advance and are not even excepting the refund weird is dere any place which you could suggest
