I often feel like this and I take it out on my Husband just because he is the nearest person to me. If I have a bad day at work and he calls me, I will take it out on him over the phone.
Firstly, you need to let your Husband know how you are feeling and tell him that if you take things out on him or get angry at him, that you don't mean it and it's just down to hormones/depression. That way he won't get offended and will understand and try offer more support.
Then you need to do what a previous Guppie mentioned and make a list of everything that bothers you, no matter how miniscule.. Try and identify the things that irk you the most and why..
Finally, I would go and see the doctor. If you're not to keen on pills, ask him/her to recommend you some herbal alternatives..
And as others have suggested, try and read Aytul-Kursi first/last thing morning/night and the 3rd Kalimah...
