Sounds like u have PMS everyday, how horrible! May be something to do with your hormones or depression, probably depression. This can sometimes happen for no reason, and you don't even know u have it until u read up on the symptoms.
If u do have depression, it's up to u to decide if u want to treat it with pills (I would stay away from them personally) or other means.
