Build trust with folks you are working with. Dont go for immediate small gains at the expense of others. Look at big picture. Be honest. Do each task that is assigned to you to the best of your ability. Be reliable. Deliver more than you promise. Share. Dont kiss up and kick down.

Enjoy your work. Absorb like a sponge - but also share what you know. Keep in mind every transaction has to be 2-way. Give back at least as much as you receive.

Once you build trust and reputation for honesty and reliability, interesting projects will come your way.

Take time building relationships/friendships.

thanks i got plenty of offline friends, that isn’t really an area i need to improve on, am a total social being. it’s mostly that fear after finishing up classes and getting the new job but really nice pointers y’all
