Re: Advice to Those just Starting Out
on their own…?
first rent a small place so as not to botch up your mortgage options later on in life,it will help you to money manage too…
the whole entry level job, parents are far away, etc
entry level job requires you to be a dogsbody no matter what colour race creed you belong to,once you know the ropes and they know you are irreplaceable you will have made your place and will be moving up…or to another company
any advice from personal mistakes and experience you might have? please share
my mistake or good intention I would say was,I spent too much money on siblings and friends in need..
but alhumdolilah I have done well in life(but I could have had a mortgage etc sooner had I not done that…no regrets tho’
at that stage the biggest fear is messing up everything and ending up homeless
Thats why I recommend renting at first you can always go home if you mess up..but a mortgage is not easy to leave etc
the first year is the hardest and then you get used to it…
good luck in all you do..
