med schools do accept A levels but i would prefer fsc as it directly gives u the material from which the test comes .. so if u are prepared for ur exams in a perfect manner ur prepared for the admission test in a way .... also that for A levels the equivalence report is required which according to people who have gone through this process isnt totally fair to them as it degrades them a bit in its scheme or reduces their percentage in fsc marks .. so go for fsc .. as ull directly know from the numbers u score in ur finals about where u stand
