i dun think u can do spot-weight gaining, i.e., u cant gain in a certain area and keep another area slim..its hte same with weight loss, in weight loss everything shrinks, which is good (or bad ;))..if it was so easy to choose where o gain/lose weight
easy way out is tell your fiance "honey:layd: I want you to look like arnold"
after making him busy.
You start drinking milk at least 2-3 glass a day.
Now don't say you don't like milk.
also do some thing to boost you metabolism like walk etc.
Or if he is too obsessed then join gym---- fall into love with work out---he will fall in love with you.
If he already loves you he will fall deeper and will never surface again.
do weights and eat protein. If uve got a real fast metabolism, these milk and eggs and cheese sheese isnt gona do anything. Just do weights at the gym and have a high protein diet after that. Because that way, ur muscles actually need that protein to recover and get bigger, as opposed to just having milk or cheese etc, which ur body doesnt need at the moment.
