If you just walk from Dulwich to Forest Hill a bit south go to Bellingham etc. & compare the same sized house with NW you will see the price difference & what I mean.

BTW - guys by NW London I dont mean NW London postal code - please include Middx too in it .. same rule applies to SE area too.

najim. yeah but u can say the same for peckham :D
point being that not all areas in SE are inexpensive.
Dulwich Village was an example..mah home tawwwwwwn.

Thank guys... I'm originally from northern England and after reading about the expenses described above I think i'm better off here. I like London in my aspects but the expenses just puts me off.

The ave price for a house in London is like £250,000 for sure.
