Advice on Good tastey recipe for crowd..

Having a party in a month..

Looking to find good recipe people enjoy eating…

that is medium on the budget..

yet grand…

Yes.. I’m praying.

Keep praying, Maybe I come to party

:rotfl:

Hmmmm…depends…

What type of party is it? Birthday, or anniversary, or wedding/engagment, or graduation or what?

I’ll tell you what kind…

if in exchange you have tastey recipe for a crowd…

If ya don’t…

Why’d you answer this sorry post?

first tell me what kinda food you will be making...

like my mom she usually know about the guests likes and their taste, Some prefer hot spicy food and som like light food not very high caloric caloric dishes. So then you will know whether you want to make chinese food or may be fast food..

for the fast food, we usually make Biryani(meat ki), Nihaari, Haleem, Chicken tikka, in curry either it is (Qorma, or Chicken karhai) Kabaab or Chapli kabaab, aalo palak(or any vegetables), Baingun ka khataa, and Macrony Cheese/salad

for the Chinese food

we made Chinese rise, Brosted Chiken, Chicken Shashlick, Chicken Karhai, Egg rolls, macronies, fried shrimps/shrimps curry, and not to forget sweet and sour chicken corn soup.

and believe it or not.. all the food i listed above are delicious and so tasty. so let me know which one you wanna try... so i can ask my ammi for the recipes

^^ how do you make the egg rolls?

well...IMO

cheap is relative
good is dependent on what type of people you're inviting and what the expect...

WE have friends that good is a gourmet 4 course meal where you make everything from scratch and presentation is where it's at...
and others where good is cake out of the box and frozen pizza....
so detail dear...

I would go with Spring rolls if they are not into Pakistani food and if you want to keep it on the light side. They are easy to make as long as you have a shredder or can cut julianne style. You can easily make lots of them and it wont put a hole in your wallet. They can be served with a delicious chutney.

You can also go with shaved beef on sticks, with chutney or sauce. Because its shaved into thin pieces, it is also cheaper on the wallet, and presentation would be great with these.

Let me know if you'd be interested and I will PM you a recipe. smile
