Hey guys,

I m planning to open a small restaurant in London, main dishes will be Pakistani . I need advise from you guys who live there which is the best area to open such a restaurant.

Paddington is in central London - it means you will have a high fixed cost of rent, rates etc.

I’d contact an Estate agent in the area that deals with commerical rentals. Then you need to suss out what demand is for which will be a bit difficult from afar.
