You want a baby with a man who, you say, "sucks" ONLY because you think your clock is ticking? What are you going to do once the baby arrives? If you're not happy with your husband then how is having a baby going to solve anything? And no, your clock is not ticking. Medical research says you can have a healthy pregnancy and baby at least up to the age of 35.
And you're working at EY!! Why would you wanna quit such a reputable organization? There are successful women out there who have a family as well. It's all about balancing. And once you have a baby and you think you can't balance, then think about quitting. No point in doing so early on. Tell your husband you can't move to Pakistan in May and that you will try to speed up the visa process by getting a lawyer involved, as suggested above.
