my husband is planning to rent an apartment in the same building where two of his senior colleagues reside with their families..i dunno y i have a feeling that it might create some issues? i have no idea may be am wrong..plz tell what can be the pros and cons?

the only con i can think of rite now is that if he fakes sickness/emergency for leave then he mite be caught :D otherwise how does it matter?!

As already mentioned, in that situation your husband can NEVER lie about why he's missing work. In addition, if something happens at work that creates tension between your husband and those 2 other people, that will also effect him at home since they live in the same building and your hubby will have to deal with them outside the office.
