Advice me for purchasing a used laptop worth max 25 k

All friends I want to purchase a used laptop. My range is 20 k to 25 k maximum. Please advice me regarding brand and model with in this range. My target is to get a laptop in which followings must be there;

core 2 dou
2 gb RAM
more than 100 GB HDd
webcam inbuilt speaker
wifi lan card

Please suggest me which brand I can purchase within this range
