wait a minute.. dont you have to put the diaper in a bag before putting it in diaper genie? I thought it was just a trash can with a cover.. no???

I have never seen poopy diapers going in a trash without being tied in a plastic bag or something like that!!we are collecting plastic bags for that

go to the dollar store, and get a pack of a hundred plastic scented tie bags for diaper disposing. throw diaper in there and then in the trash…
ps i have no problems with diaper genie in my kids bathroom and we also have no windows just ventilation…just make sure to empty it out regularly …we empty it 2 times a week.
