unqaa has 2 meanings:

  1. onqaa = seemurGh = an imaginary bald bird which is considered to bring good luck.
  2. onqaa = rare, hard to get

so, someone who has a very few hair left on his head..you can imagine how sad he/she will be if those 'few' hairs get burnt and lost for ever! :(
