The assasination of rajiv gandhi cases are still going on in the court. The judiciary is slow but Indian people believes overwhelmingly in the impartiality of judiciary.

Sometimes I think that the Hindu organizations in India are asking for only three temple sites...what if they ask compansations for all 30 thousand (As per a VHP servey) destructions by Muslims rulers in India?

Lets see didn't you just say that voting means they are democractic. From what i last remember all their leaders were voted into power. Anjjan is very simple you won't accept your own faults. That is the problem with the narrow minded. At the end of the day you had a religious massacre where the Govt allowed it. So much for a demcracy.

buddy, i have no love for modi..I was trying to point out was that terrorism can happen only in a democracy. Modi is terror. No question about it. As are mattoos in pakistan who have got into the power democraticaly, atleast in some provinces.

Can you give some solid prove against the Modi’ involvement in riots? Tell me exactly what happened, how many days riots continued, what is the exact death toll including Hindus and Muslims. Have you studied the previous riot history in Gujarat?
Shall I tell you that it is only possible in India where most of the time the minority starts rioting?
Democracy or no democracy……we must have guts to stand against this rioting mentality, instead of appeasing one religious community.
I really laugh when you justify before people who first kissed talebans feet and later changed their taste. Have a look who was controlling Islamic states around Afghanistan and who is controlling today. Do you find any change?

The attacks against Muslims in Gujarat have been actively supported by state government officials and by the police. Police told Muslims, “We don’t have any orders to save you.”

I damn care for this HRW scrap. In the beginning it states that the Hindus were burnt alive….and later it exposes its anti-Hindu agenda, while saying no words against Muslims massacring Hindus.
Who funds HRW is a question frequently asked now-a-days?

She told the press, "After pelting stones, they poured kerosene on our compartment and set it afire. I was pulled out of the broken window. I saw my father and sister inside. I saw them burning."9 After a visit to the massacre scene, the chairman of the National Human Rights Commission, Justice J.S. Verma stated, "I saw the burnt coach and saw chappals [sandals] still strewn. There were chappals of children too."10
I doubt if justice Banerjee actually talked to the eye-witnesses? Or he was there to fulfill a paid mission?
