Hey, you want seperate names for Test and ODI, or you are asking for a single player who has played max matches( both test and odi included) with least ducks?

I think I have the answer for the Test Match part. :)

I think it is J.W.Burke( Aus ).
He played 44 innings( 24 matches ), without getting out on a duck even once.
He never got out on a duck in his whole test career.

Well, if you want the answer ratio wise ( ducks: total matches played) then my answer stands right.

Otherwise, I think the answer is either C.L Walcott (W.I) with 1 duck in 73 innings or Rahul Dravid who has played more than 100 tests and I guess has gotten out on a duck on 2 or 3 occasions.
