u dont need 4 witnesses who have actually seen u performing the act....
its obvious even to a child that no one wud come and do such a thing in front of a crowd....
he/she will make sure they r well hidden from the eyes of the world as they carry on with their adventure....
an dif the 4 witnesses (as u say) were really good ppl they wud have stopped them there and then and not enjoyed the free show and then sounded the alarm....
u have misunderstood the witnesses theory here....
