Don’t have time to peel and grind garlic and ginger everytime I cook, which is very little as it is, don’t have much time with 3 kids under 5, even before that, when ur working its hard enough finding time to cook. So freeze cubes of it grinded to a paste. I even make a whole batch of masala n keep it for the base of all my salans, as I take a long time to bhunify my masala to get the right consistency.
