from her perspective, if somone 'adopts' the kid with an intention of just making teh kid into some sort of slave or someone is a human trafficker or a perv then she is responsible, and if the ppl are simply not prepared to handle adoption she sees that too. IN US u go through a lot of screenign to get permits and homestudy sizes u up and prepares u for it, she has to do all that on her own.
