bless you legally brown for posting this thread... there would be many poblems involved as there still isn't a structured way of doing so in Pk, and we don't know whose custody these kids will be going to... but may be we can adopt them without taking them away from their families and by sending monthly stipends, and keeping a track of their progress... if you have a bank account in a western country you can jus send the moeny through direct debit and its not that expensive as the cost of living is much lower in Pk.
