Two things I absolutely love these days are chicken adana kabab and chicken schnitzel… I’ve only had these at turkish restaurants and they’re sooooo yummy…I wonder if the same taste could be replicated at home? 
Or is it one of those things that you just shouldnt even bother trying? Anyone know a good recipe for either of these things??

Hmm... are they like on stick... I don't think I had them or if I did then not with the names you have mentioned...lol

Whenever I visit a Turkish restaurant...I order adana kebabs made of lambs misne meat...they are good...
Its just minse meat spiced...but I don't think very complicated...just some salt and roughly grinded black pepper...but I will ask the chef...next time... :)
Btw...I like their kofte too...
