Call it an IKEA interior by Acura or a Murano-like exterior. The new RD-X is in the same catagory as Pacifica or Murano but looks so futuristic and first from Honda’s huge concept lineup that it will unveil in next 4 years.
More bad news for US carmakers. First Ridgeline, now RD-X and the next is Pilot Hybrid 36M/G :o

From Concept to Production, almost the entire interior will be redesigned and brought down to a more realistic level. That will take care of the most interesting futuristic ideas. The outer styling is pretty similar to MD-X. If half the innovations they mention are carried to Production, it will be an interesting vehicle.

The Lexus crossover concept at the Toronto autoshow made this Acura concept look positively conventional.
