I used to get really bad headaches... and i mean really bad... like your head is throbbing. Anyway, i don't like taking medicine unless it's absolutely necessary... so i'm not the kind that pops aspirin and paracetamol constantly (which is funny seeing as my whole family is full of doctors :CareBear:)
So one of my friends recommends acupuncture, as she was having it for lower back pain. I was sceptical, but took a course of acupuncture over a couple of months.... and i kid you not my headaches were less frequent, and less 'painful'...
It works for some and not others...I guess it depends what it is for.
