Your body language helps you convey the message . For example if you are angry at someone then you can't be angry with a smile on your face . U know . So your words and body language do go hand in hand .

sometimes you need words to convey what exactly you want to say as actions maybe misinterpreted.

Actions do speak louder than words even more so when your words are few and widely scattered. But as they say physical wounds can heal but the wounds of the tongue can never heal or can take ages....
