I bought acrylic paints today…
Any tips on how to start painting and what brushes to buy :bummer:

Youtube is the best place to learn, check out some videos and follow them at first, once you're confident you can do your own stuff :)

Acrylic paints are one of the easiest paints to use (that's what I've heard), have fun with them.

Acrylics are very versatile and you can use them like oil paints - (these are the thicker acrylic forms, in which case you will need trowels, and knives on a canvas or you can mix with water or use thin acrylics to paint like watercolour, however unlike watercolour they don't run well or create effects with water so you will need to make all the mixes on palette first and don't rely too much on the paper to do anything much.
