Give up diary products eg yogurt and milk for a while eg about 2 weeks and see if there’s a difference. Google info’ on acne and eating diary products.

If you’re used to having milk in your breakfast change your breakfast to a glass of orange juice with toast etc instead of cereal.

Its the other way round in my case. Adding these to the diet improves acne and even scars
