So what you ladies use when you get a pimple all of sudden on your skin & you want it to go away within night? What magic gels you use?

BHA 2% Liquid ...sometimes it works right away though but sometimes it does anything.

Any serum with Salicylic acid should get the job done. My personal favorite is Estee Lauder's Clear Difference spot treatment. It is quite expensive for such a tiny amount. I occasionally find it at TJ Maxx and Marshall's for $27. Best cheaper option would be getting a Salycylic Acid Peel that can dry pimples almost instantly and they will easily peel off in a day or so.
