I have that problem too and this might sound crazy but it happens when I talk on the phone for long periods of time..I think the heat from the phone has something to do with it…it happens especially when I have makeup on, it makes the screen of the phone greasy looking.

thats what this MUa at Mac told me coz its more concentrated on the right part of the face.
