hello ppl…wana ask sthing verrryy imp…got my ful body waxed few dayz bak…as a result my back hav becum full of acne!!!i never had acne on my bak but now i hav got dem on my bak n sholders 
want sum solution of it…im gettin married in dec n im hating these pimplessss

Apply Tea Tree Oil twice a day. Once the pus has gone and the spots have started to dry up, apply Witch Hazel Gel if you can get it.
Showering with a tea tree soap bar or shower gel (a "natural" one), will also help them clear up quicker.
You can get tea tree oil and tea tree oil body wash from The Body Shop, expensive but depending where you are it might be your only option.

First things first....go back to your aesthetician.
A break out like this is not abnormal but rare. The service provider should be made aware and sometimes they will help you with the remedy as well.

It's not abnormal for the back or chest to break out after waxing. This is why the suggest test patches. I'm pretty sure this has taken place in Pakistan.
Oh I used to get that each time I waxed my back but my skin has calmed down now, i gess its got used to the waxing. What worked for me was after hair removel care gel by Guinot. The beautician stocked Guinot products so I bought it from here but it really helps calm the skin down and prevent spot. Also, try not to take very warm showers atraight after waxing and spritz cold water on your back/shoulders just before you get out of the shower to close your pores.
the spots will calm down after a few wks but reoccure each time you wax until your skin gets used to waxing (could take a good few times).
Also to get rid of any acne scars use an aha body lotion to exfoliate the skin.

..are u sure its acne and not a reaction to the wax???..acne just doesnt flare up after waxing?..look into diagnosing what it is.. before u start applying topical creams and stuff… its always safe than to be sorry.. good luck :k:
Hi i recently waxed my cheeks. I broke out too! lots of whiteheads!
My advice would be just be gentle on it and TRUST me it does go away after a few days!! xx

heyyyy dnt worry i always get really bad spots/acne on my back, after i get it waxed, my whole back gets filled with big sore spots really quickly after waxing, i used to apply dettol to help calm it, i dnt get my back waxed anymore now though

nice thread. my frend is getting married next month and she have tiny hair on back. she was asking me how do people wax their back by them self as she is shy to go to saloon ask them to wax
can you post your way, how you wax your back. and yea does it hurts
actually my this silly frend shaved her back twice so their hair got thicker

@smart2001....the wax i used was home made....sugar,lemon,phatkari i guess was used in it....it doesnt hurt much...but da problem is wat which im suffering now...da after effects....pimpless on bak!!!!ask her 2 do it sum months b4 her weddin so that she cumz 2 knw tht how her skin reacts 2 it!!!
@tweety....im plannin NOT to wax my bak b4 my weddin....these pimples r worst than da small hair on my bak....they look just muchh worsseeeeee :( y not bleech dem b4 wedding ;)
@poppies....its acne 4 sure...i hav consulted my derma as well...n im on minoderm along wid benoxyl....hope dey vanish soon :(
and ne1 havin any effective remedy 4 preventing this acne 2 occur after waxing....otherwise i wil hav 2 stop waxin my bak :(

^exactly. it's ridiculous to wax the short, fine hairs on ones back. especially if you end up with spots. i'm pretty sure most husbands would choose a little bit of hair over pustules and scars.
hair bleaching will make them less visible and will make the skin look brighter (as the shadow caused by dark hairs will be gone) plus your skin will stay clear. always remember to do a test patch first though.
