I got the book online for free :champ: and I have no interest in using the methods mentioned in it, nor do I need to, but was wondering if it worked for anyone cause I heard that it didn’t work for a lot of people.
Has anyone used it?
Did it work?
For those wanting to buy the book, do not buy it. The “secret”/method isn’t revealed until the last few pages, and it does not sound very pleasant.

^ sure why not? You fast for three days and eat nothing but apples and drink water. During these three days you use an enema every night.
