- Lots of water
- Safi
- Drink lime water
- Eat less oily food specially avoid chocolates
- Use Neutrogena acne wash
- Daily icing
- Daily cleansing
What's in Safi?
^ Safi is a blood purifier. Remember "safi se khoon saaf, chahra shadab"? Most of the acne problems are due to constipation, and safi cleans out the system. But safi takes its time. I take 1 and a half bottle (atleast) for best results.

i have tried a lot of meds which my shrink recommended but none of them worked..when i was in pak recently another doc gave me a prescription.that did not work tooo.. soo now i really don't want to hear anything from docs since they are a waste of my time.
i switched over to dr. murad (over the counter product)..have been using it for about 3 months...and I THINK its working..i will try it for another 3 months...and then go for proactive.
