So now am.back in pak so is my acne. Its very hot so it must be the heat.whatt to do?
I had eggs and fish in the uk and was fine so I don’t think its the food

Try body shop face washes. They're keep the skin oil free for a good time and help fight acne. One is the facial cleanser and the other is the exfoliator. Both work great. Increase your water intake too. That helps trust me.

^Missing your husband could be categorised as stress..
Could be diet, could be anything, Nadz.. You need to try and pinpoint what's triggering your breakouts..
What's your skincare regime? Maybe ask Paheli for advice?

Nah husband went 2 days ago. I have been back for 6 weeks.
Not srr what to pinpoint.but all the rave about certain cleansers etc in the uk i think only work there here I need to use stuff suited for this weather.

If you are not allergic to dairy products, then add yogart to your diet. That should solve your problem (can take upto a week or so)

No heat doesnt but it you're sweating because of the heat that can because sweat can cause acne
