With all those stories of victims of acid in Pakistan as well as other places popping up, I would seriously like to know how those people get their hands on this acid. How do these people obtain these acids? And some information about the acids would be appreciated.

RT wolf, there are alot of shops in Pakistan selling acids, I mean to be honest, we need 'acid' for alot of purposes. Alot of school chemistry labs in Pakistan need to buy these chemicals, so naturally there are alot of vendors in the market. Those working on PCBs etc need alot of iron salts too, so they can just go pick it from these shops. There is an entire street near College Road Rawalpindi which just sells chemicals.

By these legal/illegal standards all fertilizers and petrol puchases should be regulated as well. :p Its not a regulations problem.
BTW you can buy acids freely in most countries.
Acid can be found in almost every household in Pakistan! 
It’s used to clean the bathrooms.
^ There we go, that's the answer I was looking for. Most of these attacks are done in rural areas, so all these streets that sell everything can't be the source. Thanks everyone, and if anyone has more info on this bathroom-acid, it'd be appreciated.

The bathroom acid is normally either Hydrochloric acid or Sulphuric Acid. It's useful, cos say your toilet is clogged up, you can just pour concentrated acid down there to dissolve the blockage.
