Lately I’ve been aching all the time.
Especially my lower bacak, my shoulder blades and my jaw. Any reason what may be causing and more importantly how do I get rid of them?

I guess flu...may be some other reasons... fill it up your bath tub with warm water and stay there for couple of minutes.

I tried that .. not working.
I also has my sister massage me - that worked for like two days and Im miserable agian.

try antiacid. sounds funny but gas and acidity can cause lots of things that seem unrelated.

go to a doctor... perhaps he may prescribe some professional therapy or something...

it could be a number of things. make sure you sit up straight when you sit, sometimes not sitting appropriately, especially if ur work requires sitting/computer work/etc... that can implicate serious problems related to back and shoulder because muscles are overstressed. and stress, if present, definately contributes to it as well. i suggest u see a physical therapist.

i had severe backache and shoulder ache a few years ago and i was diagnosed with scoliosis (alhumdulillah not such a bad curve though) but the nurse gave me some pain killers and the pain went away within a few hours. but i had to practice sitting up straight, having a good posture and doing exercise regularly (something i dont really do) but maybe u shud try seeing a doctor.

ok therez this little excercise to make u feel better..its called the butterfly excercise..
heres what u do..lay on ur tummy..and pick ur right arm first..and ur left leg and do this 5 times...like pull it up and then put it down.
after ur done take ur left arm and ur right leg and try to pull them up..and do this 5 times...too and then keep on switching..however many u can do..it works trust me..
and oo yea i am sorry if i am not being clear cuz i cant explain what i am trying to say through typing

the butterfly excercise is for back pains..
for the shoulders u could take a bailan and then get someone to roll it on u...it doesnt get rid of the pain but it helps

talk to a docter. this cud have many reasons. it cud be stress, wrong diet, wrong sitting while at work, lack of exercise, carried something heavy...
i have had pains for long time and started yoga..I just lvoe it and it helps so much!!!

Yes there has been extra stress, and work and computer and all that.

Maybe its just stress and your diet that is leading to all these aches n pains... i think u shuld see ur GP, and also change your diet to introduce more 'energy' foods, and maybe take supplementary vitamins too if required

Try to do exercise muniya it will take you out of stress for a while.
