Does anyone have a tried and tested recipe?
I decided to make this yesterday, but as I didn’t have a recipe I looked one up on the net. It turned out fine, but when browsing I found there were a number of variations.
So wondered if anyone had a recipe for how they make it?
mai jub b bnati hon achaar gosht bnati hon and it turns out really awesome...sub say pehlay oil mai piyaz daal kur brown kr lo...g/g paste daal kur saute kro khushbu anay tuk..phir gosht daal kur bhoon lo...jub gosht brown hojaye to paani daal kur half-done kr lo...phir isssmai dahi daal kur bhunoo...aur cover kr do...dahi paani chorta hai to ussmai gosht gul jata hai...ub 1tsp each kalonji...zeera..saunf..methi dana...8-10 sabut laal mirchain..thori haldi..salt.....daal lo..5-6 hari mirchain daal kur bhuno...aur dats it..!
