oh I like those Arabic pickle thing…
My ammi makes this thing where she puts carrots,cucumbers,cauliflower and ginger slices in vinegar with some black mustard seeds.Its really good.Don’t know how she makes it though…!

in vinegar .. it tastes soooo not good … as i ve tried to eat it while i was in egypt ..
