Somebody in my family took Accutane at age 19 and it worked very well. I think it got rid of around 90-100% of the acne, but took atleast 2-3 months for the results to appear, out of the 6-month required for dosage. I’m no doctor, and I really don’t understand how anti-biotics can stop acne, but Accutane is basically a Vitamin A supplement (a compound which is hard to find in large quantities in dietery foods). So, I’d definitely recommend it, but consult a dermatologist first.
