Account Manager

An Austin-based advertising and marketing company seeks an aviation-
savvy account executive to manage client relationships and projects
in our marketing communication practice.

Qualifications
3 - 5 years account or project management experience in marketing,
advertising, graphic design, or other communication discipline.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in aviation required, pilot certification preferred.
Responsibilities
Manages client relationships, ensuring that clients experience
unsurpassed service and professionalism from the company.
Leads internal project team: determines team-member priorities and
responsibilities, and empowers team members to satisfy client
deadlines and expectations.
Manages project cycle: defines scope of work, prepares budget
estimate, communicates project goals and parameters to project team,

Project Manager: Wayfinding Administrator

An Austin-based advertising and marketing compnay seeks an
experienced PROJECT MANAGER to act as the wayfinding administrator
for one of our healthcare engagements. The company has designed and
implemented a multi-disciplinary wayfinding system (including
signage, printed marketing and training materials, interior
architecture and touchscreens) for a large client in the healthcare
sector. The PROJECT MANAGER will act as liaison between the company
and the client in order to maintain, update and expand the system.
This position is based in our Houston studio two days per week and
at the client’s facility in the Texas Medical Center three days per
week. Frequent trips to Austin will be required.

Qualifications
5-10 years project management experience in an architecture,
environmental graphics, or consulting practice; or in a related
field such as facilities management.
Experience in all phases of planning, design, production, and
contract administration.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in healthcare projects a plus.
Responsibilities
Manages all facets of the wayfinding system including: change
management and coordination with the company and fabricators.
Serves as primary point of contact with the client and leads the
internal project team.
Collects input and defines projects requested by the client.
Coordinates a regular schedule of updates.
Represents the company at regular client meetings.

Accounting Manager

Job Purpose:
Implements and/or manages all company financial processes.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities

Accounts Receivable
Compile data, compute fees and charges, and prepare client invoices
Manages the billing cycle to insure timely production of invoices
Works with project managers and account executives on proper job set
up, profitability, proposals
Gather information, confirm contracts and verify that the correct
information is in our accounting system (Clients & Profits)
Make changes/additions to C&P system (ie: set up new clients, change
client addresses, mark-up rates, tax rates, etc.)
Provides collection efforts of past due client invoices
Review outgoing marketing proposals
Other duties as required
General
Ensures maintenance of effective internal controls to assure
reliability of financial statements
Assists in resolving accounting and financial problems and/or issues
Prepares monthly budget spreadsheets, weekly cash flow reports and
bi-monthly projection reports and month end financial reports for
the Financial Committee
Assists in development of firm policy, systems, processes
Assists in preparing special cost studies/analysis as required
Manages financial department staff
Prepares monthly sales tax return
Monitors and coordinates property tax form and payment
Reconciles monthly bank statements for five accounts
Audit general ledger for proper coding
Reviews firm’s cash receipts and disbursements
Provides daily cash management
Works directly with firm’s bank regarding banking issues, forms,
check signature
Works directly with firm’s CPA and business consultant as needs
arise
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years as Accounting Manager in a service oriented business
Bachelor’s degree required. Clients and Profits software proficiency
helpful but not required.

Must be detail oriented and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast
paced environment
