If you are calling from the US, this is the format you should use:
011 + 208 + Phone Number
There should be no 0 infront of 208 because that 0 is entered in the beginning.

there are different city codes for london.. 0203, 0208, 0207. just post 1st 4 diggits of the number you are calling then i'll tell you if city code is included in it..
PS: you have to start it with 0044 and followed by number, if you are calling to a mobie then you dial 0044-7
PPS: all mobile numbers here start from 07*********
