Hypothethically speaking anything is possible the reality is there are no non-Muslim theocratic states present so this isn't really an issue for me. However if you look at the Muslims of central asia and how they stuck to Islam when all forms of religion were banned and now the strongest call for Khilafah is in that area.
Islam will never impose itself onto the non-Muslim citizens of the Islamic state. In fact there were cases where the jew or christian was punished for a crime according to the punishment from the torah or bible.
It will not expect you to pray to Allah(swt). We don't need hypocrites or people who pretend to follow Islam.
But 90% of muslims are hypocrites. Dont they say that all the non-muslims will burn in hell and Muslims are the chosen people of Allah. Dont they say that Quran
prohibits to make friends with non-muslims and never trust non muslims. did not they collect extra taxes from non muslims just because they were not muslims back in the day of Kalifs. that is hypocricy. I am not saying that non-muslims(other religions) are not biased in their attitude towards muslims. it goes both ways. that is one of the reasons that religious concept should be eliminated all together. The conventional God is outdated and not functional any more and should not be relied upon instead human intelect should be relied upon.

I think you are a bit out of touch with reality. Secularism in the context of countries with majority muslim population, means the tolerance of everything except the peaceful practice of Islam.
