In my opinion...none of this stuff is real or has the magic ingredient to do much. Sure, it might work in shedding some weight initially but its also a fact that weight shed using fad diets always comes back - twice as much.
There is no way any pill or berry can take the place of a good diet, exercise and some amount of discipline. Its back to basics for everyone who wants to lose weight...sooner or later...they find themselves right back to this plan.
