The secualr societies breed the ideas of neglecting the elderly
The whole society is based on personal benefit and if parents happen to get in the way then just dump them in an old peoples home out off sight.
The secular systems like capitalism can never solve these problems no matter how many corrective measures it tries because the root foundation of capitalism is personal benefit for the individual which is a selfish idea in first place!

And how exactly has the system you favor benefited any of the people living under it? At least in capitalist countries life expectancy is 10-15 years longer than in other countries. They may be in old folks homes but at least they are alive.
Capitalism is a failure it cannot help the old people from being abused.
Instead of answering the question of your failed system you shoot the messenger.
You say old folk live 10 years longer in west is that so what kind of life is that living alone with no family to take care of you because you been dumped in a home for old people.
This report from the UK is just about people who have reported the abuse they estimate the number to be millions because many have of the abuses have gone unreported.
I cannot belive how people in west can accept this, this attitude of parents are in the way lets put them away out of sight is truly disgusting these parents are the same people that sacrificed a lot for these children that dump them.
Capitalism is an economic system. Laws, rules and customs regarding the treatment of the elderly does not come into play in an economic system. In your zeal to codemn the west, you don't even know what you are criticizing. It says volumes about your bias and hatred.
I am troubled at the selfish trend that puts parents in nursing homes instead of their children sacrifcing some of their time, money and trouble to take care of them. But I don't think the west wants or needs your khalifa khalifa, sharia or any other oppressive system to mandate how we treat our parents. Instead of constantly criticizing the west, why don't you do a little introspection of your own systems and cultures and come up with some constructive criticism that can help your own suffering people. There are plenty of them living in conditions (yes including the elderly!) of squalor and poverty that has nothing to do with the west.

Well it just shows you what little you know about your own system. Capitalism is an ideology not just an economic system. It places value on everything.
Capitalism is a social system based on the principle of individual rights.
As for blind hatred for the west i don`t hate the west which i have repeated to you about 10 times but you choose to ignore this fact. I hate the amerikkan government and the system of capitalism. This article is related to the elderly in the UK a country which spread the capitalist ideology like no other!
The abuse of the elderly is a direct result of capitalisms defiency to cope with or take care of the elderly. The selfish attitude that the capitalist society produces which is i am number 1 forget everybody else.
The islamic system is what the muslims in the muslim lands because the current secular and capitalist systems are a disaster in the muslim lands nothing but misery for the people. I don`t need to mock the Capitalist system it is a failure world over.
MY system? but if you referring to muslim lands they are secular and also implementing the failed capitalist systems which cannot satisfy peoples needs so point is proved.
Back to the elderly abused in there millions sexually and beaten and on top of that robbed blind of their savings. They must be really satisfied by this capitalist system which treats them so nice NOT!
Why do you not offer a solution to the elderly abuse problems what is the solution tell me i am intrested! Or is it the case you have no solutions and you are just blind supporter of a capitalist system no matter what abuses and problems it causes!
